Quick Review:
What a masterpiece of a game.
Now, don’t get me wrong: in terms of gameplay, this is basically a walking simulator.
But, on the Voice Acting Quality and on the Soundtrack, on those 2 aspects ALONE, the game is a Must Play.
Once you start going into the story, the themes it touches, how mature the game talks about subjects, focusing on asking you questions and not giving you a decisive right or wrong answer, this is probably one of the best narrative design games I’ve ever seen.
It takes a few chapters for you to understand the story, and everytime you think you know what is going on, it brings you back to square zero, but by the end, the story is complete and (almost) all ends are tied up.
You might need to play it twice, once to see the story, and a second time to go though with the knowledge of the full picture and better appreciate how many details and how much narrative quality is put into it.
But then again, going though this masterpiece twice is a reward, not a punishment.
I can only not recommend it if you completely put off by Walk Simulators, and even then, I would suggest you consider how much narrative impact has on you, and if it’s still high, still give it a go.
You probably won’t regret it.

Quick Review:
What an amazing game!
If you enjoy puzzles, deduction, logic or detective gameplay, just grab it.
If you seen “Arrival”, the game will feel just right at home.
If you haven’t, go watch it, and then get into the roll of becoming a translator, understanding that languages are much more then words, and meaning and ideas define how you speak. It’s up there with “Retun to Obra Dinn” as one of my favourite “puzzle” games.
Amazing style, impressive sound design, and even thought the gameplay is “simple”, you will most probably enjoy every puzzle and challenge that comes your way.
At about 10 hours for a full 100% achievement rate, use that for your € / hour, and even though the game can only be played “once”, it’s one of those games that you kinda wish you could delete your memories of it after you are done, just so you could experience it for the first time all over again.
An easy recommendation.

Quick Review:
What. A. Masterpiece!
The first boss is the Main Menu song. The second is the feels.
Now, don’t get me wrong, is not as the story is something that was never made before. But man, did they pull a great way to tell it. The world building is fantastic, the story is easy to grasp but there are so many little details that make it feel like a real world, the OST is just a MASTERPIECE, the combat is a great mix of Turn Based but still with Quick Time Events - hear me out, in this genre they are a very good thing -, so you will blast though the game and be a “little” sad when it comes to the end.
The gameplay, the graphics, the OST, the sound effects, the story, everything, what a masterpiece. I can’t recommend this game enough and it makes an easy entry into the Tier S.
Just buy it, and enjoy one of the best games - as a complete package - with a turn based system that you can think of.
Ps.: one ending is “wrong” - if you go for that one, “shame on you”, and grow as a person.
For those who come after - but break the cycle, because tomorrow comes.

Quick Review:
What an amazing game.
Think of Hotline Miami, but as a Ninja with some “time” mechanics. The sound design / OST is amazing, the pixel art is great, the controls are top notch, the mechanics are simple but don’t get old and the gameplay / gameloop is just amazing.
The story does seem to be deep / to go deeper, but sadly the game doesn’t have an ending yet story wise, so have that in mind. Either way it is an amazing experience, that should take just a few hours (2-6) to end but a lot more to master.
Would highly recommend it if you enjoy games like Hotline Miami, Mr. Shifter or similar.

Lies of P
Type:
Souls-like, Action RPG, Story Rich
Description:
Lies of P is a thrilling soulslike that takes the story of Pinocchio, turns it on its head, and sets it against the darkly elegant backdrop of the Belle Epoque era.
Quick Review:
What a great game! Either you enjoyed Dark Souls - and other souls-like games - or you didn’t, you owe it to yourself to at least try Lies of P. It’s like if Bloodborne and Dark Souls (and a bit of Sekiro) had a magnificent baby with it’s own character and personality.
From a great combat system, stellar Music, amazing graphics, amazing boss fights, - actual - story, gameplay and game feel, this is one of the best soul-like games out there, I would dare to say, even better that many of the games from FromSoftware (Ultrawide support, unlocked FPS, amazing hit detection boxes, again, an actual story delivery).
Around 20-35 hours to complete, more if you go for multiple runs, and huge replayability if you want - only parry run, only dodge run, heavy build run, ninja run, the list goes on -.
If this is the quality of souls-like that NEOWIZ puts out, I can’t wait for they next game on the “Lies of” IP.
A suberb game that everyone that enjoys action-adventure games should experience.

Lost at sea 1803 ~ The good ship Obra Dinn.
Quick Review:
One of those games I wish I could forget and play again for the first time.
Solving all the questions the game will put your way, deducting who what and when is just an amazing experience. Stellar sound design, amazing puzzles, even if sometimes there is things that you might not find very enjoyable due to the general pace of the game or art design.
Either way, you will still have a blast finding out what happened in the Obra Dinn and you will, most probably, regret you can only experience it, truly, once.

Quick Review:
What an amazing game.
So, let me start by saying, that if you just focus on “ending the game”, you will be done in less then 2 hours, tops, and you will be disappointed. Main, mandatory puzzles, they are very few, and once you get the “click” on the solution, you will chug along and be over.
Now, if you take your time to appreciate the levels and go for the hidden content, not only will you find a lot more “puzzles” that will / might stick with you, the entire point of the game, storywise, will stick better with you and will be driven home better.
I would say that if you just want to see the “main puzzles”, then it will be less then 2-3 hours to get everything done, but you would seriously miss in one of the best puzzle games out there by doing so, in a way, going for the hidden “collectibles” will take the game from a 2-3 hours game, to something that you might actual compare to Portal. If you do that, 10-15 hours is to be expected.
Use those different PoV to calculate your “price-value / hour”.
Would definitely recommend, mainly if you enjoy the aesthetic and “fresh take”, but would say to stay away if you are expecting a lot of (main) puzzles.
Definitely, one of the best puzzle / “meta” games I’ve played.
